Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the boundaries of what Warmwell sells and how the store may be used.
1. No gas or regulated goods
Warmwell does not sell gas appliances, gas boilers, open-flame or combustion equipment, or any product that requires licensed installation or is restricted by local energy or safety regulations. We only sell finished DIY fitting and accessory kits that a competent person can install at home.
2. No installation or licensed services
We do not offer installation, repair call-outs, or any licensed plumbing, gas or electrical service. Work requiring a qualified professional must be arranged separately by you.
3. Install responsibly
Use each kit only for its intended purpose and follow the install card. Do not attempt gas, electrical or mains-supply work that should be performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, a qualified electrician, or under local water regulations.
4. Lawful use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, submit fraudulent orders, or upload unlawful content or images through the Comfort Finder. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach this policy.
5. Age
The store may not be used by anyone under 13. Those aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian's consent, and installation should be carried out by an adult.
6. Enforcement
