This policy covers ownership of Warmwell content and the limited licence for material you submit.
1. Our content
All text, product photography, install cards, graphics and the Warmwell name and marks on this site are owned by MACDONALD PLUMBING AND HEATING SUPPLIES LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the install card that ships with your kit.
2. Photos you upload
You keep ownership of any room or pipework photos you upload to the Comfort Finder. You grant Warmwella limited, non-exclusive licence to process those images solely to generate selection guidance for you. We do not use them for advertising. Uploaded images are cached and cleared after 30 days.
3. Feedback
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve our products and service without obligation.
4. Third-party rights
Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
