Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales
These Terms govern your use of macpluheasup.shop and your purchase of Warmwell comfort kits and Comfort Club membership from MACDONALD PLUMBING AND HEATING SUPPLIES LTD.
1. About us and these terms
Warmwell is operated by MACDONALD PLUMBING AND HEATING SUPPLIES LTD, registered office 8 Parcock Place Oldmeldrum, AB51 0PH, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using the site you accept these Terms.
2. What we sell
We sell finished do-it-yourself fitting and accessory kits (hardware, fittings, insulation and consumables) and a digital Comfort Club membership. We do not provide installation, and we do not attend your property.
3. Installation & safety disclaimer
Our kits are for self-installation by the customer. Any gas work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, any electrical work by a qualified electrician, and any change to the mains water supply must comply with local water regulations. Follow the supplied install card and manufacturer instructions. You install at your own risk and are responsible for isolating water or power correctly.
4. No gas or regulated goods
We do not sell gas appliances, boilers, open-flame or combustion equipment, or any product that requires licensed installation or is otherwise restricted. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Compatibility
Kits are general-fit specification. You are responsible for confirming sizes, thread standards, connections and water-pressure compatibility before ordering. A mismatch caused by not checking compatibility is not a product fault.
6. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are in USD and exclude shipping shown at checkout. We accept payment via Stripe. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
7. Comfort Club membership
Comfort Club is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) providing member pricing and features. It carries no stored value and no points; monthly allowances do not roll over. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Returns
Consumer return rights and our voluntary window are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy, including hygiene exclusions for used items.
9. Guidance is not professional advice
The Comfort Finder and any Home Comfort Plan are selection guidance only, not an engineering survey or regulatory assessment. See the Product & Guidance Disclaimer.
10. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 to use the site; those aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian's consent, and installation should be performed by an adult.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted, our liability for a kit is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for damage arising from incorrect installation, failure to check compatibility, or work that should have been done by a qualified professional.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
