Product & Guidance Disclaimer
Last updated: 12 July 2026 · Governing law: England and Wales
This disclaimer explains the safety boundaries of Warmwell kits and the limits of the Comfort Finder and any Home Comfort Plan.
1. Installation & safety
Warmwell supplies finished DIY kits, not installation services. Any gas work must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer, any electrical work by a qualified electrician, and any change to the mains water supply must comply with local water regulations. Follow the supplied install card and manufacturer instructions; you install at your own risk.
2. Guidance is not a survey
The Comfort Finder's recommendations and any Home Comfort Plan are selection guidance based on the choices you enter. They are not a professional engineering survey, an inspection, or a regulatory compliance assessment. Final choice and installation feasibility are your responsibility; consult a qualified professional where needed.
3. Compatibility is your responsibility
Kits are general-fit specification. Confirm sizes, thread standards, connections and water-pressure compatibility before ordering and before installing. See the Terms of Service.
4. Photos you upload
If you upload room or pipework photos to the Comfort Finder, they are used only to inform selection guidance and are cleared after 30 days. See the Content License and Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty of outcome
We cannot guarantee a specific result in your home, since conditions vary. Where a kit is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights and our Refund & Returns Policy apply.
